Requirements

Experience leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex care or similar portfolios
Ability to lead and mentor a team of Product Managers (team of four)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with leaders in Specialty Care Strategy, Clinical Operations, Provider Operations, Sales, and Design
Expertise in translating care models into scalable systems, workflows, and product capabilities (e.g., referrals management, intake, scheduling, transitions, outcomes tracking)
Data-informed visioning and roadmap development with defined success metrics and KPIs (engagement, efficiency, provider satisfaction, member outcomes)
Ability to partner with engineering and design to productize manual workflows
Hybrid role based in New York with 2-3 days in office per week

Responsibilities

Own the Complex Care Product Portfolio, driving strategy and execution across SpringWorks and Specialty Care for integrated, scalable experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, measure, and improve care delivery for diverse clinical populations
Lead and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering ownership, clarity, and accountability
Set clear product roadmaps, define success metrics, and ensure consistent delivery across teams and stakeholders
Build and evolve care delivery workflows, including referrals management, intake, scheduling, transitions, and outcomes tracking
Collaborate with engineering and design to productize manual workflows into scalable capabilities
Partner with Specialty Care Strategy and Sales to launch differentiated offerings that expand access and improve outcomes
Drive alignment across operations and sales teams for scalable adoption of care models
Align cross-functional teams toward shared goals and measurable outcomes through data-informed vision and roadmap
