Proven success in designing, implementing, and scaling HR operations across multiple countries or regions is required, along with strong knowledge of global HR practices, statutory requirements, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills are also necessary.
The Associate Director will launch and oversee a new HR Operations function, setting regional goals and operational frameworks aligned with global standards. Responsibilities include capacity planning, workforce management, AOP, setting regional goals and OKRs, providing accurate workforce management reporting, managing hiring and job offer negotiations, overseeing regional compensation and new team member training, addressing employee complaints, maintaining global culture, overseeing daily operations, managing team job performance, and conducting individual performance reviews.
