Responsibilities

The Associate Director – Field Medical Operations and Capabilities will drive the advancement of Field Medical capabilities, platforms, and processes, including virtual capabilities and data enablement. They will lead the FMSO India team to deliver world-class operations, monitor industry insights, and partner with field medical teams to operationalize therapeutic area focus. The role involves maintaining service levels, partnering across Field Operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Associate Director will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert, responsible for delivering innovative technologies and platforms, prioritizing roadmap development, and performing business user testing.
