This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing relationships with the medical and healthcare community, including healthcare practitioners, policy makers, payers, patient groups, and healthcare administrators. The Field Medical Advisor will serve as a key liaison, sharing the scientific advancements of Moderna's mRNA platform to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored Scientific Engagement Plans: Effectively share Moderna’s scientific messages, aligned with company strategy.
• Communicate complex scientific topics: Utilize exceptional communication skills and tools like Moderna's Scientific Communications Platform and generative AI to engage diverse audiences.
• Generate medical insights: Understand key trends, drivers, and stakeholder dynamics within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders: Interact with KOLs, scientific societies, public health institutions, patient advocacy groups, and more to gather insights and provide scientific support.
• Share scientific narratives and data: Disseminate up-to-date information across Moderna’s therapeutic areas, including clinical trials and research findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Identify and address unmet patient needs, proposing solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Lead medical engagement activities: Organize and execute advisory boards, partnerships, and round tables.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere to all compliance protocols, maintain ethical interactions, and report as needed for product quality and adverse events.
