Requirements

  • Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
  • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user
  • Experience with data analysis/MI reporting
  • Be collaborative with the various teams that you will be working with throughout Experian
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Attend client workshops and support with eliciting relevant solution requirements
  • Gather and understand requirements, assumptions, scope is aligned to the contractual agreements made with the client
  • Support delivery lead with project documentation, to both internal and external parties, in line with governance
  • Follow Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process and Experian internal procedures
  • Support delivery lead with client engagements from end-to-end
  • Contribute to the quality reviews and governance milestones associated with the design
  • Support with reports for the Project Manager which they can use to communicate project status to relevant parties, both internal and external
  • Support with relevant issues and risks ensure all issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management
  • Contribute effectively to conversations, meetings and workshops
  • Actively seek to develop competency/knowledge of both solution analytics analysis, software, and software technical analysis
