Requirements

  • Ability to proactively guide and support the Commercial team through the entire onboarding lifecycle
  • Skills in creative problem-solving to meet client needs while upholding company policies and risk parameters
  • Capacity to respond to inbound requests from the Commercial team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles
  • Experience working closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure clients meet company requirements
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
  • Competence in creating and reviewing customer agreements/contracts
  • Capability to support and adapt the execution of new processes
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams
  • Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to support the onboarding of new colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Proactively guide and support the Commercial team through the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Act as a resourceful problem solver, finding innovative solutions to meet client needs while upholding Checkout.com's policies and risk parameters
  • Respond to inbound requests from the Commercial team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles
  • Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
