The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service Operations Departments is required, preferably in an export service department or providing customer service to the French market.
A proactive and investigative mindset with high attention to detail, good analytical skills, good communication and customer service skills, experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and the ability to work independently and as a team player are essential.
