Responsibilities

  • Generate innovative and compelling advertising concepts that align with beauty brand briefs and objectives
  • Brainstorm ideas and develop unique campaign concepts
  • Adeptly craft persuasive and engaging copy and visual concepts for various proposals and campaigns
  • Ensure that the messaging resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates the brand's message and value proposition
  • Create content that tells a story and connects with consumers on an emotional level
  • Conduct research to gather information about target audiences, market trends, and competitors
  • Work closely with Strategy and Creator Management teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with the overall creative vision
  • Ensure that all messaging maintains brand consistency and adheres to the brand’s guidelines
  • Contribute to the creative development process by providing ideas, insights, and input during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
  • Spearhead the development of compelling copy for dynamic campaigns serving Fortune 500 brands
  • Harmonize client objectives with insights-driven creativity, crafting resonant concepts that invigorate creator campaigns
  • Lead the creative strategy to deliver top-tier creator marketing campaigns
