Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience from investment banking, private equity or hedge funds
  • Strong analytical skills and underwriting experience across real estate asset classes

Responsibilities

  • Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exits
  • Support financing activities for both new and existing investments, including evaluation of different financing options, legal coordination and negotiation with lenders
  • Support the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committees
  • Contribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses
  • Work with the EMEA CRE equity asset management team on establishing initial business plans, business plan execution, performance monitoring and reporting, financing and exits of the investments
