Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related field
At least 3 years of compliance/risk management/regulatory experience, with a focus on electronic communication and trade surveillance tools and utilities; specific experience with Bloomberg Vault, Verint, TradingHub MAST, and NICE ACTIMIZE preferred
Experience in Compliance with any financial institution; basic understanding of compliance programs and participation in their successful execution; experience supporting global compliance programs a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, etc.)
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Any relevant financial certifications a plus
Experience with compliance surveillance systems (preferred)
Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities (preferred)
Creative thinking and ability to identify and put forward solutions (preferred)

Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of Management Information (MI) reports to support compliance and surveillance activities
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal stakeholders
Maintain and enhance data management processes, including documentation, reconciliations, and system updates, to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements using data-driven insights
Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MI reporting tools, data analytics, and compliance procedures
Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, leveraging data and analytics to deliver clear, actionable information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Compliance, Technology, and business partners—to resolve technical issues and support operational effectiveness
