Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of compliance/risk management/regulatory experience, with a focus on electronic communication and trade surveillance tools and utilities; specific experience with Bloomberg Vault, Verint, TradingHub MAST, and NICE ACTIMIZE preferred
  • Experience in Compliance with any financial institution; basic understanding of compliance programs and participation in their successful execution; experience supporting global compliance programs a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Any relevant financial certifications a plus
  • Experience with compliance surveillance systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities (preferred)
  • Creative thinking and ability to identify and put forward solutions (preferred)
  • Good consultative skills and analytical in nature (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner (verbal and written) (preferred)
  • Handles presentations to groups and requests for approval of various types of projects/documents/tasks (preferred)
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of Management Information (MI) reports to support compliance and surveillance activities
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance data management processes, including documentation, reconciliations, and system updates, to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements using data-driven insights
  • Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MI reporting tools, data analytics, and compliance procedures
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, leveraging data and analytics to deliver clear, actionable information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Compliance, Technology, and business partners—to resolve technical issues and support operational effectiveness
