Responsibilities

  • Work in a global team environment to troubleshoot and resolve clinical application and clinical system issues
  • Provide technical support to Investigator Site staff, Sponsor users, and Clinical Research Group’s (CRG) various clinical development teams
  • Perform administrative tasks such as providing system and user accesses and granting corresponding privileges
  • Manage tickets within the prescribed ticketing system and ensure proper documentation
  • Accept calls and chats to respond to urgent requests or concerns
  • Work closely with life-science organizations personnel (doctors, nurses, clinical trial associates, etc.)
  • Coordinate with colleagues, Senior team, and Management within the Clinical Systems Support (CSS) team
  • Partner with other teams within CRG’s IT department and operational departments to provide system resolutions
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high quality of data input by adhering to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (e.g., Productivity and Quality)
  • Participate in the development and regular maintenance of internal work instructions and knowledge base articles
