Requirements

Reside within the assigned territory (Dayton, OH region)
Valid driver's license
Ability to drive to multiple accounts throughout the region and travel outside the territory
Current knowledge of assigned Medtronic products/services and competitive products
Understanding of quality policy/system items and ability to follow work/quality procedures for compliance

Responsibilities

Represent Medtronic during surgeries and implants by providing equipment/products, demonstrating expertise in implant, follow-up support, and troubleshooting (e.g., device selection, programming, implantation, testing)
Proactively identify needs and educate/train caregivers and account employees on products/therapies for new and existing accounts
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff via one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars, or symposiums
Assist district manager and in-house training in educating/training new employees (e.g., therapy consultants, clinical specialists, field clinical engineers)
Provide sales support during/following cases, including documentation (e.g., implant registration, temporary ID cards, packing lists) and executing invoices
Place orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement
Maintain open/effective communication with district personnel, customers, and Medtronic employees
Contribute to milestones for regional/national projects
Perform other related activities as assigned
