Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounting and/or Treasury Role
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Skilled with data applications and data processing
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail
  • Familiarity with banking and treasury systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Performing and improving day-to-day cash management and data related activities in NL Service centre for the firm’s operations outside US (EMEA, Far East and South America)
  • General tasks related to cash management; initiating, monitoring and managing payments and cash flows
  • Data management and use of Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
  • Build and maintain data reports in various applications
  • Manage information exchange between data processing systems (Kyriba, AFAS, Data Warehouse)
  • Active contribution to improvements in cash/data processes
  • Maintenance of bank accounts structures and electronic banking
  • Communicate with various banks regarding accounts and/or payments
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
