Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, capital raising, or other analytical fields
Experience or interest in the data center industry
Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Highly responsive, professional, and capable of representing the company externally

Responsibilities

Support the structuring, marketing, and execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions for data center projects
Build and maintain advanced financial models to inform decision-making and deal structuring
Assist in investor due diligence and manage third-party advisors (banks, consultants, legal, technical, etc.)
Prepare pitch materials, offering memoranda, and investor presentations for lenders, investors, and strategic partners
Manage document aggregation and organization to streamline legal and financing workflows
Collaborate with internal teams across construction, energy, engineering, finance, and legal to push financing initiatives forward
Track and analyze market activity across data center, infrastructure, and energy capital markets
Review key financing documents
Contribute to ongoing strategic capital planning, including evaluation of alternative financing structures (project finance, asset-backed debt, JV equity, etc.)
