Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
At least 6+ months relevant experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Trading Support, MO products, and third-party vendor oversight
ETF Operations and Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO) Fund Operations Experience (preferred)
Technical skills – knowledge of MO systems (i.e. Charles River IMS, SQL or similar)
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong relationships with Front Office
Initiative taking, process improvement experience
Adept at managing complex issues, identifying alternative solutions and recommendation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work authorization in the US that does not require sponsorship of a visa

Responsibilities

Support trade management functions for Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bank Loan Trades including margin services and onboarding (Trade Management area)
Support venture capital receipts/distribution management service, including Cash Management and Securities Lending (Distribution and Funding area)
Support security, account, broker, and derivatives reference data services (Reference Data Services area)
Provide oversight support for Investment Book of Record (IBOR) accuracy and risk initiatives to streamline operational processes (Risk and Controls area)
