Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • At least 6+ months relevant experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Trading Support, MO products, and third-party vendor oversight
  • ETF Operations and Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO) Fund Operations Experience (preferred)
  • Technical skills – knowledge of MO systems (i.e. Charles River IMS, SQL or similar)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong relationships with Front Office
  • Initiative taking, process improvement experience
  • Adept at managing complex issues, identifying alternative solutions and recommendation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work authorization in the US that does not require sponsorship of a visa

Responsibilities

  • Support trade management functions for Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bank Loan Trades including margin services and onboarding (Trade Management area)
  • Support venture capital receipts/distribution management service, including Cash Management and Securities Lending (Distribution and Funding area)
  • Support security, account, broker, and derivatives reference data services (Reference Data Services area)
  • Provide oversight support for Investment Book of Record (IBOR) accuracy and risk initiatives to streamline operational processes (Risk and Controls area)
