Candidates should have experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, systems administration, malware analysis, and incident remediation. Strong verbal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and extensive experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix operating systems are also necessary. The ability to perform productively and professionally in high-pressure situations is essential.
The Associate Analyst will monitor and analyze security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform, conduct incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux, and perform malware analysis. Responsibilities include remote remediation of malware or malicious activity, developing and improving incident detection and triage processes, and executing countermeasures. The role also involves producing high-quality written and verbal communications for customer management, demonstrating industry thought leadership through public speaking and blog posts, and assisting in the advancement of security processes and procedures.
