The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Experience with sales quotas and revenue targets is also desired.
As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue within assigned accounts, providing strong interactions with senior management, and working with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells. You will proactively manage customer success, establish business and technical goals, troubleshoot challenges, and close deals. Additionally, you will advise customers on best practices for securing their business, resolve customer issues, and serve as a Keeper Security product expert for your clients, participating in sales and marketing activities as needed.
