Responsibilities

  • Directs workflow for multiple back-end departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
  • Advises on strategy for implementation of major back-end projects and plans in support of organizational goals
  • Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Back End OCR area's goals
  • Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Back End OCR
  • Analyzes operating metrics and performance in comparison with established objects and advises on corrective action for areas of risk
  • Ensures compliance with all government regulations
  • Devises communication strategy to maintain efficient back-end operations throughout the organization
  • Establishes payroll and courier cost parameters
  • Conducts performance appraisals to assist in employee development
  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs
