Requirements

Candidates must have at least an SPM qualification along with relevant industry experience. Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions. Effective verbal communication skills are necessary to serve a diverse range of customers. Own transportation is also required.

Responsibilities

The Assistant will be accountable for customer satisfaction and assist customers with their requirements. They should be a team player, working effectively with peers. The role includes effectively communicating feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor and collaborating to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company and its clients. The Assistant will use Ninja software to execute operations, with training provided by the Ninja team, and assist the Area Supervisor in managing the store's social media and Google account in terms of content and customer engagement.
