  • Conduct dry utility assessments for current and prospective clients as requested
  • Support project initiation by submitting work order requests and coordinating project kickoff calls
  • Compile and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
  • Organize and maintain client folders and reference materials for easy access and use
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility providers and their contractors
  • Collaborate effectively with DFM Development Services, LLC and Muller team members
