Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of SPM or equivalent. They must be disciplined, courteous, and possess high energy with the ability to follow instructions. Attention to detail is essential, along with an understanding of the importance of packaging and the value of customer service in presentable packaging. A hands-on approach is required as the work will be warehouse-based.

Responsibilities

The Assistant, Parcel Recovery will be accountable for repacking damaged packages within the allotted time and ensuring that the repacking is done accurately. They will ensure that all damaged parcels are attended to on the same day they are received and that the package handover is smooth. The role involves identifying any issues with items while repacking and ensuring full adherence to Recovery's SOP and compliance with 5's concepts. Additionally, they will assist the Recovery Team Leader and Recovery Associates with any ad-hoc assignments as required.
