Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and relevant KPIs
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support and motivate staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on-site full-time in Hebron, KY
  • Willingness to put in extra hours during peak season, large impactful changes, and as required

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee warehouse operations and performance goals
  • Supervise and coach team leads and associates across inventory, quality, logistics, and shipping functions
  • Help maintain warehouse security, safety standards, and compliance with legal regulations
  • Monitor KPIs and provide input on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Assist with workflow planning, equipment layout, and continuous improvement projects
  • Act as a point of escalation for day-to-day operational issues, working closely with staff to resolve them quickly
  • Partner with the General Manager to foster a positive, results-driven culture within the warehouse team
  • Drive initiatives to reduce costs and beat financial operation plans
  • Build a strong people-first culture resulting in high employee retention and attendance across 3-4 shifts
  • Foster a strong safety culture creating a safe working environment
  • Promote a strong quality culture through teaching, training, and process improvements to eliminate defects
  • Take full ownership of projects and follow through to completion
  • Influence the network vision for software and process design through partnership with process engineering and product development teams
