Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, broadcast, production, or post-production environments supporting creative editing teams
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and skilled in importing, organizing, and exporting media assets
  • Strong understanding of file formats, HD broadcast standards, television, and social media post-production workflows

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with production and creative teams to organize media assets and project materials for marketing shoots and scripted content
  • Import, synchronize, and manage shoot and dailies media to support editorial workflows
  • Facilitate media delivery and distribution to various teams, including digital and social teams as needed
  • Assist in assembling preliminary edits and providing supporting production documents
  • Contribute to asset management, including music cue sheets, shot lists, clearance logs, and related materials
  • Support the creative editing teams across brands, helping to align and streamline workflows and communication
  • Participate in adopting new tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency and organization
