The role seeks a candidate who is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, demonstrating an interest in the music industry and a desire for a challenging and stimulating stage experience. Previous stage experience in operational control management or confirming an interest in financial analysis is appreciated, and prior finance experience, such as in investment banking or M&A, would be beneficial.
This stage will involve analyzing financial projects, supporting labels with decision-making, assisting with the application of the ‘Roster’ system (including contract management and performance tracking), monitoring the activities of subsidiaries and independent labels, and participating in a project to optimize the negotiation reference repository. The individual will contribute to strategic financial analysis, develop financial models, conduct market analyses, prepare reports, and present findings to management, while also supporting brainstorming sessions and creating dashboards in PowerBI.
