Responsibilities

Manage the month and year-end close process
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Cash Receipts
General Ledger
Payroll
Treasury
Budgeting and Cash Analysis
Variance Analysis
Fixed Asset Reconciliations
Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual review with outside CPA firm
Produce and file timely and complete quarterly payroll tax returns
Produce annual W-2s and 1099s
Annual business insurance and medical insurance renewals
Work with outside insurance company to complete annual workers comp audit
Work with outside auditors to complete annual 401k audit
Meet financial accounting objectives
