  • Manage the month and year-end close process
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Cash Receipts
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll
  • Treasury
  • Budgeting and Cash Analysis
  • Variance Analysis
  • Fixed Asset Reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual review with outside CPA firm
  • Produce and file timely and complete quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Produce annual W-2s and 1099s
  • Annual business insurance and medical insurance renewals
  • Work with outside insurance company to complete annual workers comp audit
  • Work with outside auditors to complete annual 401k audit
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
