AA/AS or recognized trade certification and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Must work full-time from posted locations within reasonable commuting distance (no hybrid/virtual unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

Provisions devices as needed per member, including charging, stickering, and casing devices
Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc
Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely
Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases
Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) mobile devices
Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including services provided and interaction with the CareBridge platform
Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours
Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system
Receives, logs, tracks, and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests
Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory
Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements
Participates in the development of asset management related processes, policies, and procedures and maintains them
