Requirements

  • AA/AS or recognized trade certification and a minimum of 1-year related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Must work full-time from posted locations within reasonable commuting distance (no hybrid/virtual unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

  • Provisions devices as needed per member, including charging, stickering, and casing devices
  • Fulfills orders for new devices, retrievals, chargers, etc
  • Utilizes FedEx system to monitor and track device delivery and updates in appropriate CareBridge systems accurately and timely
  • Assists with procurement of mobile devices and cases
  • Receives, tests, and cleanses inbound (returned) mobile devices
  • Knowledgeable about the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provider community within local markets, including services provided and interaction with the CareBridge platform
  • Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours
  • Manages IT assets in response to fulfillment requests by logging changes to the software asset repository system
  • Receives, logs, tracks, and responds to hardware and software fulfillment requests
  • Matches requests from Access IT to available inventory
  • Maintains inventories by location to meet service level agreements
  • Participates in the development of asset management related processes, policies, and procedures and maintains them
