This is an on-site position located in Lafayette, Indiana, specifically at the Large Power Systems Division.
Applicants must meet one of these: two years of professional job-related experience in auto/diesel/farm, construction/maintenance/repair, manufacturing; or 2 months experience through the Lafayette staffing agency; or 6 months Caterpillar Logistics experience; or a technical degree in relevant fields. Additional qualifications include a strong electrical and mechanical background, ability to work overtime, and good teamwork and communication skills.
