2+ years of hands-on mechanical system experience in: Fastening, Epoxy application, Component fabrication, Wiring harness manufacturing
Proficiency in comprehending and improving manufacturing processes
Able to troubleshoot assembly issues
Able to conceptualize assembly processes from CAD models
Excellent written and verbal communicator to effectively share knowledge and build the collective mindshare of the company
Organized and obsessive attention to detail: no room for oversight when making flight critical systems

Responsibilities

Assemble production motor drive systems and sub-systems
Handle, mix and work with process chemicals and hazardous materials
Assist in maintenance and upkeep of production processing equipment
Read, comprehend and perform technical processes as defined by internal work instructions, standards, or other specifications
Coordinate with manufacturing & design engineers regarding assembly process issues and improvements
