Experience in fast paced industrial lean environment preferred
Prior assembly experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to be trained on and perform all assembly line operations
Ability to visually inspect and assemble small components to quality standards
Ability to use hand-held gages
Ability to work with automatic transmission fluid
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to safely perform all tasks assigned by Team Lead/Coordinator, including all positions in Assembly department
Ability to safely operate all equipment in Assembly department
Ability to read and understand job aids/work instructions or follow oral instructions
Ability to manually load, unload, and maneuver materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves on foot and by hand
Ability to stand for long periods, including during operation of stand-up lifts
Ability to lift shoulder high up to 35 lbs. repetitively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform repetitive motion activities (assembly, standing, lifting, loading/unloading)

Assemble components, load, unload, and operate Assembly machines
Visually inspect and assemble small components to quality standards

Safely perform all tasks assigned by Team Lead/Coordinator, including all positions within Assembly department
Safely operate all equipment in Assembly department
Read and understand job aids/work instructions and/or follow oral instructions to execute component flow requirements
Manually load, unload, and/or maneuver materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves
Support 5S / Housekeeping activities
Use appropriate hold tags to process defective parts through nonconforming material procedure
Perform SAP entries and transactions as needed
Adhere to standard work procedures to assemble units and contribute to development/continuous improvement
Perform required work steps within required cycle time
Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols
Comply with safety policies and procedures
