  • Vocational education in operator field (yrkesfaglig utdanning innenfor operatørfaget)
  • Relevant work experience from production technical work can compensate for lack of education
  • Knowledge of GMP (Kjennskap til GMP)
  • Experience from a production company (Erfaring fra en produksjonsbedrift)
  • Good communication skills orally and in writing, in Norwegian and English (gode kommunikasjonsevner muntlig og skriftlig, på norsk og engelsk)
  • Ability to work shift schedule including day and night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Perform work in accordance with established company guidelines and procedures (Utfører arbeid i samsvar med etablerte bedriftsretningslinjer og prosedyrer)
  • Show commitment to development, implementation, and efficiency of quality processes in accordance with ISO, FDA, and other regulatory authorities
  • Demonstrate professional behavior with internal/external business contacts that reflects positively on the company and aligns with company guidelines and practices
  • Understand and maintain awareness of quality consequences that may arise from incorrect performance of own work
  • Participate in practical execution of daily operations in the department (Hovedoppgaven er å delta i praktisk gjennomføring av daglig drift i avdelingen)
  • Work according to the production plan delegated from superiors (Arbeide etter fastlagt produksjonsplan delegert fra overordnet)
  • Follow current routines and procedures for performed tasks (Ansvar for å følge de til enhver tid gjeldende rutiner og prosedyrer for de oppgaver som utføres)
  • Knowledge transfer of current work tasks (Kompetanseoverføring av gjeldende arbeidsoppgaver)
  • Other production tasks in the department that the employee has been trained for (Øvrige produksjonsoppgaver i avdelingen som den ansatte har fått opplæring innenfor)
  • Comply with established procedures and safety requirements in a controlled operational environment
