1-year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Previous machine assembly experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong commitment to safety
Ability to work any shift / schedule
Physically mobile with ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 35 lbs minimally, up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Ability to see, hear and speak

Responsibilities

Assembling / testing, reworking and repairing machine components
Performing production based on schedule and continuously improving process efficiency
Ensuring adherence to Standard Work Sheet to achieve quality products and avoid quality issues
Participating in pre-shift Process Improvement Dialogue (PID) & Continuous Improvement (CI), raising, submitting issues and suggestions and following up requirements from supervisor
Providing timely reports to operation supervisor or team lead on material availability and equipment downtime
