Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business or Marketing
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with effective communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships, network across all levels, and manage virtual team engagement
  • Geographically mobile during the full two years (locations vary)
  • Strong aptitude for and innovative approach to sales and commercial techniques
  • Enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach
  • Reside in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada full-time (no sponsorship provided)
  • Located in or near the specified locations for office-based/hybrid/remote roles

Responsibilities

  • Work on various sales or commercial deliverables, from customer-facing sales roles to commercial enablement tools and data analytics
  • Complete all formal training requirements while receiving coaching and mentoring for ongoing development
  • Network globally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives or projects with peers, and interact with global business leaders
  • Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
