Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or other related technical or project management subjects
  • 2+ years of direct experience designing data pipelines and transforming data into actionable insights through Power BI (or similar), SQL, and Snowflake
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Python, MongoDB and SQL
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience hosting meetings and presentations
  • Experience contributing to the maintenance of a project plan and schedule with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Capable of working closely in a team setting and cross departmentally
  • Eagerness to learn new workflows and software tools across all aspects of the development process
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support to the Art Production team
  • Collaborate in the design, delivery and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
  • Use SQL and Snowflake to retrieve data for our reporting systems
  • Create and maintain effective production reports and documentation
  • Proactively identify and resolve production issues
  • Maintain an active awareness of team goals and timelines
  • Assist in tracking, prioritising and scheduling tasks using our in-house project management tools
