Fluency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma is required, along with Arabic fluency or significant experience designing for Arabic audiences. A strong portfolio showcasing 2D motion design mastery is essential, and candidates should be comfortable with both startup agility and multinational structures, possessing a growth mindset.
The Art Director will lead end-to-end 2D motion design projects, including explainer videos, product showcases, campaigns, and brand storytelling. They will conceptualize, storyboard, animate, and collaborate with sound artists to create multimedia experiences, transforming static assets into dynamic visuals in partnership with illustrators and graphic designers. Responsibilities include evolving the company's visual identity, managing multiple projects to deliver high-quality creative work quickly, and building an animation style guide within the first six months. Daily tasks involve brainstorming with cross-functional teams, creating motion assets for campaigns, refreshing existing visuals, contributing to creative strategy, and ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels.
