Requirements

  • Knowledge of F&B Industry (dairy, food protein, brew, beverage) or Industrial Industry
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8+ years working experience with leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture
  • Willingness to travel in the assigned region (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal)
  • Based in Spain or Italy region
  • Previous experience in sales in B2B and matrix context
  • Previous value selling experience is considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Budget of South Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece, and Portugal), with ambition to achieve growth rates
  • Improve skills of the sales teams through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts
  • Manage the technical support team, answering all types of technical questions related to products
  • Provide commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with customer service
  • Hold P&L Responsibilities
  • Report to the VP Field Sales F&B and establish action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies
  • Introduce new products and prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business
  • Coach and lead a team composed of other managers
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners in the territory
