Responsibilities

  • Continuous support of existing customers and new-client acquisition in assigned region
  • Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiations
  • Securing of Pricing policy including market price feedback
  • Relationship management with branches of Key Accounts
  • Participation in Inhouse Shows and Customer events
  • Market observation, Analysis of competition and customers
  • Monitoring of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales
  • Commercial and technical customer support in the field
  • DSO Management
  • Close collaboration and supporting of the Regional Sales Manager as well as cooperation with the product management team and other internal departments
  • Achieving defined sales targets within the specific geographical region (Northern Germany, Denmark, Sweden)
  • Developing annual plans within the business unit
  • Owning the customer strategy and being accountable for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
