Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will lead the expansion of Super’s home warranty subscriptions within the Houston, Texas area by focusing on real estate partners, primarily through the Long & Foster Real Estate partnership. They will nurture and expand relationships with existing referral partners, grow the referral base by engaging prospective real estate partners, provide presentations to real estate professionals, negotiate brokerage-level partnership agreements, educate partners on product offerings, analyze market feedback, and provide field information to Super for product improvement. Additionally, they will build personal relationships and consistently demonstrate ethical and trustworthy behavior.
