The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
The Architecture Manager Assistant will manage emails by sorting, prioritizing, and responding on behalf of the manager, coordinate tasks within ClickUp to ensure timely completion, assist in reviewing and organizing CAD drawings, maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking, facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and provide overall architectural support.
