Requirements

Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
7+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area
Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environment
Experience in training and guiding junior staff on the design process

Responsibilities

Manage high-end residential and hospitality projects with demonstrated experience across all phases
Understand client needs and user experience to develop design concepts and establish final project briefs
Demonstrate expertise and confidence in engaging with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages of project development
Lead the creation and evaluation of design and construction documentation
Oversee the full lifecycle of the design and documentation process, from concept through completion
Craft and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs and expectations
Translate design ideas into detailed models and high-quality renderings
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and skill development
