Requirements

  • Preferably long experience and vocational certificate in chemistry-process/technical college
  • Good knowledge of production processes, preferably Iohexol
  • Leadership qualities
  • Prioritizing HMS (health, safety, environment) and quality in daily work is a prerequisite
  • Proficiency in the company's IT tools, such as LIMS, Vault, TWD, SAP, etc
  • Focused on continuous improvements and initiative-taking
  • Good collaboration skills and accuracy
  • Knowledge of equipment and process control systems in the department
  • Thrives with new challenges and varied tasks
  • Practically oriented with good technical insight
  • Willingness and ability to interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to communicate in Norwegian and English, written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Personnel follow-up of apprentices and hired operators in the control room
  • Responsibility/follow-up of deployed pupils, recruit new apprentices
  • Contribute to the preparation of production plans
  • Lead with priority on HMS and quality in own area
  • Close collaboration with staff and support functions in the area
  • Contribute to maintaining Lean in the department
  • Participate in daily operations with planning, facilitation, and assist maintenance coordinator in the area
  • Perform risk assessments together with performers
  • Issue necessary work permits, perform gas measurements and entry, and take LOTO isolations in the production area as needed
  • Participate in Commissioning in various phases of projects and follow up and acquire knowledge by following commissioned equipment
