Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, including all aspects of AR operations. They require knowledge and understanding of overall Order to Cash processes, strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties, attention to detail, and a propensity for continuous improvement. SAP ERP experience and strong Excel skills are considered beneficial, and a 4-year college degree is required.

Responsibilities

The AR Analyst will perform accounts receivable functions within defined process standards, manage accounts receivable utilizing multiple systems, review and investigate customer receipt variances, communicate with internal and external parties regarding accounts receivable questions and discrepancies, identify root causes for customer deductions and variances, review monthly performance reports, provide internal and external audit support, and maintain policies and procedures for the AR processes. They will also assist in performing and coordinating AR activities for shared services, assure processing within standards, contribute to process improvement reviews, evaluate best practices with global peers, and provide assistance in the implementation of global standard AR processes.
