Accounts Receivable Specialist

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience, encompassing all aspects of AR management, and a bachelor's degree is required. Strong knowledge of overall Order to Cash processes, coupled with experience utilizing SAP ERP and proficient Excel skills, is preferred.
The AR Analyst will perform accounts receivable functions within established standards, review and investigate customer receipt variances, communicate with internal and external parties regarding accounts receivable inquiries and discrepancies, identify root causes for customer deductions and variances, and provide internal and external audit support as needed. They will also manage accounts receivable utilizing multiple systems, monitor receivables daily, resolve remittance exceptions, work with division sales and contract personnel, and assist the AR Lead and Supervisor in performing and coordinating AR activities within the shared services center.
