Avoir terminé votre cursus scolaire obligatoire
Être prêt à passer 1.5 an à l’EPIC Ecole Professionnelle Intercantonale de Chimie à Monthey avant de continuer votre cursus en entreprise
Être motivé/e à entreprendre une formation exigeante, selon les standards élevés au sein d’un environnement international
Maîtriser le français et avoir de bonnes connaissances en anglais
Avoir une bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe et être curieux/se

Responsibilities

Effectuer les contrôles galéniques (viscosité, pH, densité, aspect, coloration, microscope, rhéologie)
Analyser par HPLC les produits commercialisés en stabilité, les échantillons de vrac, les échantillons de validation de la production pharmaceutique, et contrôler leur conformité par rapport aux spécifications
Analyser les matières premières et les échantillons de vrac par GC (colonnes remplies, capillaires et HeadSpace)
Réaliser les identifications (spectroscopie IR ou réactions chimiques) sur les matières premières avant leur déchargement du camion
Analyser les matières premières en titration (dosages potentiométriques et visuel, teneurs en eau, cendres, indices, caractéristiques physico-chimiques etc.) et en spectroscopie (absorbances et spectres UV-Vis, angle de rotation etc.) avant leur utilisation par la production
Effectuer les tests nécessaires au développement et à la validation des méthodes d’analyse selon les protocoles fournis
Classer les données brutes des termes de stabilité et analyses de release (analyse de routine)
Maintenir les différentes bases de données ou listings relatifs aux activités GMP : traçabilité, contrôles quotidiens des appareils, suivis colonne etc
Connaître, respecter et faire respecter les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF)
