Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) (Must have skill)
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
15 years full time education
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues
Experience with system integration and data migration processes
Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Analytical/Operational Reporting of SNOWFLAKE and AZURE DATALAKE data using POWER BI
Testing of SAP SD End to End scenarios like Order to Cash
Testing of SAP MM, SAP PP outbound and inbound scenarios like Material Master, Material Hierarchy, Customer Master and Customer Hierarchy
Testing of SAP CRM Customer Master CRM Outbound, Customer Relationship CRM Outbound
Testing of marketing & sales data (Database testing) using SQL Server Management studio
Functional testing of Silverlight/HTML 5 web application used by client sales force
Functional testing of Android based device application used by client sales force
Functional testing of Windows based device application used by client sales force
Testing of Master and Template Reporting data (Data warehouse testing) by using SAP WEBI
Developed & Maintained source (SQL Server columns) & Destination (SAP BW info objects) information documents
Functional testing of Change Request (CR)
Developing & Maintaining Test scripts and storyboards for testing
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems
Analyze system performance
Ensure applications run smoothly to support business operations
Engage with teams to gather insights and feedback to enhance system functionality and user experience
Maintain the integrity and efficiency of software systems
