Responsibilities

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Advise and lead teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and provide strategic insights to enhance the IT function
Ensure projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients
