Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)
15 years full-time education
Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning), AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks), and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture’s GenAI & Agentic architecture and best available technologies from Oracle, Accenture, and other providers
Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption
Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with various teams to ensure application requirements are met
Oversee the development process and provide guidance to team members
Engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining focus on quality and efficiency
