Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in information security or application security roles. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Relevant certifications are highly preferred, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), and optionally Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Offensive Security Web Assessor (OSWA), GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT), or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).

Responsibilities

The Application Security Analyst will own, triage, investigate, and respond to security matters concerning the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely communication and resolution. They will act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters, supporting both internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow and triage of security incidents. Responsibilities include building customer trust through exceptional service, understanding and delivering capability maturity models to fine-tune security processes, and creating/enhancing documentation and processes to strengthen security maturity. The role also involves developing and delivering training programs on security awareness and best practices, developing AI solutions for automation and new solution design, and working with Legal on security/privacy matters. Flexibility for global team collaboration across different time zones and participation in an on-call rotation are also required.
