Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience, including in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, PySpark, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Azure Data Factory/Synapse
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Experience with data integration and ETL processes
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines
Collaborate with various teams to align application development with business objectives
