Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Guide team through the development process, address challenges, and ensure project remains on track and aligned with organizational goals
Foster a productive environment where team members can thrive and contribute effectively
