Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in SaaS or web application development
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern front-end frameworks
Solid understanding of AWS services, event-driven architecture (EDA), and microservices
Experience with UI customization and frameworks like BeSpoke
Familiarity with mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs)

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of React-based applications for onboarding and client engagement
Architect and implement scalable solutions using AWS, EDA, and microservices
Build and grow a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, interviewing, and mentoring
Collaborate with product, design, and partnership teams to deliver seamless web and mobile experiences
Act as a technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, helping partners understand integration capabilities
Ensure high-quality code, performance, and security across the platform
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices
