Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in SaaS or web application development
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and modern front-end frameworks
  • Solid understanding of AWS services, event-driven architecture (EDA), and microservices
  • Experience with UI customization and frameworks like BeSpoke
  • Familiarity with mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of React-based applications for onboarding and client engagement
  • Architect and implement scalable solutions using AWS, EDA, and microservices
  • Build and grow a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, interviewing, and mentoring
  • Collaborate with product, design, and partnership teams to deliver seamless web and mobile experiences
  • Act as a technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, helping partners understand integration capabilities
  • Ensure high-quality code, performance, and security across the platform
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices
